Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

We operate with full transparency and in strict accordance with all Indonesian laws and regulations, ensuring our business is legitimate, accountable, and professional.

Legal Entity: Cruise Lombok is operated by PT Juara Maritim Sejahtera, a legally registered Indonesian Perseroan Terbatas (PT) company under our parent group, Juara Holding Group. Our registration is validated by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham).
Tourism Operating License: We hold a valid Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP), the official tourism operating license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf).
Tax & Labor Compliance: We are a registered taxpayer with an official Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP). All our full-time Indonesian employees are provided with mandatory social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and universal health coverage (BPJS Kesehatan), as required by law.

Maritime Safety & Fleet Certification

Our commitment to safety on the water is absolute. Our fleet and crew are subject to rigorous standards and regular inspections.

Vessel Seaworthiness: Each of our vessels has a Surat Keterangan Kelaiklautan Kapal (Certificate of Seaworthiness) issued by the port authority (Kantor Syahbandar dan Otoritas Pelabuhan – KSOP), which is renewed through regular inspections.
SOLAS-Grade Equipment: Our vessels are equipped with safety gear that meets the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) standards. This includes professional-grade life jackets for all passengers and crew, life rafts, GPS navigation and depth sounders, VHF marine radios, and internationally compliant distress flares.
Certified Crew: All our captains hold, at a minimum, a Surat Keterangan Kecakapan (SKK) 60 Mil seamanship certificate. All crew members are certified in Basic Safety Training (BST), which includes firefighting, personal survival techniques, and first aid/CPR.
Regular Drills: We conduct weekly safety briefings and monthly, unannounced emergency drills (e.g., man overboard, engine failure) to ensure our crew’s response is swift, coordinated, and effective.

Operational Safety Protocols

Beyond compliance, we have implemented a proactive safety culture that permeates every aspect of your charter.

Pre-Departure Checks: Before any vessel leaves the harbor, the captain completes a comprehensive pre-departure checklist, covering engine systems, safety equipment, weather assessment from BMKG, and communications checks. No vessel departs without the captain’s and the Head of Operations’ express approval.
GPS Tracking: Our entire fleet is equipped with real-time GPS tracking, monitored by our on-shore operations team throughout your charter.
Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a detailed EAP for any potential scenario. This includes established communication protocols with the National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS) and partnerships with international-standard medical facilities in Mataram, such as Rumah Sakit Harapan Keluarga.
Guest Safety Briefing: Every charter begins with a comprehensive and clear safety briefing for all guests, outlining the location and use of safety equipment, on-board procedures, and responsible snorkeling guidelines.
